  1. Visit the main site on rolm.io or sign up to our mobile app by clicking here and visit our in app marketplace by pressing the shop button.
  2. Once you’re on this page, select the product you want and you will be taken to our affiliate partner G2A’s product page. 
  3. Select the specific region for the product you want.
  4. Fill the information required (Character ID, Secret code sent to your email and the verification code)
  5. Click on Redeem Now
  6. Enjoy your product!!

Rolm Mobile App and Gift Card FAQ

Any products you purchase on the Rolm platform are authentic from the distributor. You will be able to use your product in the way it was intended to be used.

Your digital products will be digitally delivered, via email, after the completion of your order.
In the case of some orders, to fight against payment fraud, our partner we may need to send a request to verify your payment details with the upload of an identification card. If you get this request, this is a one-time request, and will make placing future orders much faster.
Our typical processing time for a digital product is 1-3 minutes.
Sending a digital product to a friend, instantly or scheduling for a specific delivery in the future, is fast and easy.
Below the Add to Cart button at the top of the page you will see a “Click Here to Send as a Gift” option. When you click on that you will be prompted to enter the gift recipient’s name and email for delivery, along with an optional gift message. Here you can also choose to send your gift instantly or schedule it as a specific time to be delivered.
Everything you need to redeem a digital product will be provided upon delivery, and can also be found on our partners page. If you follow these redeem instructions you should have no problems redeeming your digital product.
If in the case there is an issue and you are receiving an error when you try to redeem, please message us at [email protected] and include your order number along with a screenshot so we can see the exact error message.
