In a post-apocalyptic time, humanity has been reduced to a handful of cyborgs surviving in a world devastated by a massive solar flare. The remaining humans have been uploaded into a mainframe computer, and only a few cyborgs remain to maintain the infrastructure that supports them.

Hux, one of the few remaining cyborgs, awakens after 128 years of being shut down following an electromagnetic pulse that wiped out most of the world’s technology. He discovers that only four cyborgs, including himself, remain functional and that there are 97 towers remaining out of the original 10,000.

As Hux sets out to repair the towers and restore communication between the cyborgs, he discovers the existence of space fungi that have unknown properties, including the ability to enhance his vision in the dark.
Hux’s journey becomes a spiritual action-adventure as he races against time to restore the towers before the remaining infrastructure fails and the fate of the human race is sealed.
